About

The Information Society Project at Yale Law School is an intellectual center addressing the implications of the Internet and new information technologies for law and society, guided by the values of democracy, human development, and social justice.
As a complement to our main website, the Yale ISP research site offers a space to share news and ideas, and to allow the Information Society Project’s events, publications, and courses to spark a wider conversation. We hope to work with you, the user, to initiate events and more informal gatherings within and around this space, and to collaborate on research and projects related to the ISP’s mission. Welcome!
